Logging a trade takes one screenshot

Most traders stop journaling because data entry is tedious. TradeOS removes the typing.

Copy a screenshot of your NinjaTrader or TradingView chart, or of your platform's Executions tab for exact timing. Using something else? Ask us. We can usually add it.
Paste it into the trade form. TradeOS reads every fill: buy or sell, quantity, price and time.
Fills become trades. A trade runs from flat to flat, so scaling in and partial exits stay one trade.
You confirm. Nothing saves until you review it. If the math doesn't balance, TradeOS tells you where.

Questions traders ask

What is TradeOS?

TradeOS is a trading journal and performance system for futures traders. It combines session plans, trade logging from screenshots, analytics, prop-firm tracking, replay and coaching in one web app.

Which trading platforms does the screenshot reader work with?

It reads screenshots from NinjaTrader and TradingView today, including chart screenshots that show your fills and Executions or trade-history tabs for exact timing. It handles many other platforms that show fills the same way, and you review every value before a trade is saved.

Trade on a different platform? Tell us which one and send a sample screenshot to [email protected]. In most cases we can teach the reader to handle it.

Does TradeOS work with prop-firm accounts?

Yes. Add each evaluation or funded account with its profit target, trailing drawdown and daily loss limit, and the Prop Tracker shows where you stand before every session.

Will TradeOS make me profitable?

No tool can promise that. TradeOS shows you clearly what your own trading data says, which sessions and setups work for you and which don't, so you can make better decisions. The trading is still yours.

Who can see my trades?

Only you, your assigned coach if you have one (view only), and TradeOS administrators. Screenshots are stored privately and removed after 20 days. You can delete all your data from your profile at any time.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly later?

Yes. Switch at any renewal and the longer term's discount applies from that point.
